sengkang is a nice place indeed, as, is not close to any factory or industrial area, unlike jurong. i myself live in jurong, and i dont quite like the living enviroment, till recently the town council decided to upgrade the area. but still, i dont like it. no matter how they upgrade, it wont be as nice as sengkang lah! haha :D
